Booking partnerships for DMCs, Hoteliers, Tour Operators, and MICE organisers

Since 2017 we have welcomed travel trade clients from across the globe, wanting to book our food sampling tours for their discerning clients. Third-party clients have ranged from couples to corporate groups, and from families to group birthday celebrations, all looking to add a special experience to their visit to Bath.

We offer various booking options for all third-party tourism industry organisations, and a bespoke, personal service. We welcome all enquires so get in touch now to discuss what works best for you and your clients.

If you are ready to proceed with a booking, please access our reseller portal using the button.

To complete your booking, you will need the following information ready:

  • Your Reseller Portal log in details: BH/account number, username, password*
  • Time and date for your clients tour
  • Lead client name and email address**
  • A contact phone number (ideally a mobile/cell number for the end client, but this can you be your number if you prefer)
  • Names of all tour attendees and any respective dietary requirements (see our Special Dietary Requirements Policy for details)
  • Any preferences (private tours only) or gift packages your client has requested
  • Payment details
*Access to our reseller portal is on request only. Access is exclusively for tourism businesses intending to re-sell our tour tickets. This could be sales to 3rd party customers, or provision of our tours as part of a package. **All third-party bookings require an email address for a tour participant. Bookings completed without this information may be cancelled without notice and are subject to cancellation fees.
