Virtual Tour Booking Request

Send us your request to join our virtual tour by completing and submitting the form below, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours max.

Your Details

1) What is your name (first/last)?

2) Please provide a phone number AND email address we can use to contact you
(these will only be used by us, and will not be used for marketing purposes).

3) Please detail your preferred date(s) and start time(s) for your tour.
We require a min. of 2 days notice for your tour (6 working days if you require a sample box/hamper). Please use the time in the UK time zone on the date of your tour, to indicate your preferred start time.

4) How many devices (e.g. Laptop, iPad/tablet, Internet TV) will you be using to access the tour?
Any number of participants can gather round one device to watch the tour on that device. We need to know if you will joining the tour from multiple devices e.g. if your party is split between different households.

Sample box/Hamper

5) Would you like to add an optional hamper (£50/hamper) with samples to consume during your tour?
Each hamper has enough samples for up to ~8 people.
We require a minimum notice period of 6 working days for bookings including a hamper.

How many hampers would you like?

6) If you are including a sample hamper, please provide a UK delivery address, including any relevant delivery notes (e.g. "if no answer, leave in porch at front door").
We can despatch to any UK mainland address except the Scottish Highlands. Hampers are sent for a pre-12pm delivery on the day before your tour.
Please ONLY provide your address if you would like to include a hamper, otherwise leave blank. Your address will be provided to our hamper supplier and despatcher, but we will not use your address for any other purposes.

On receiving your request, we’ll check the date & time you asked for and confirm our availability. If we need to discuss this with you, we’ll call you on the number you provided. Otherwise, we’ll book your tour and send you a provisional booking confirmation with a link to our booking portal so you can complete payment. Your booking is only confirmed once your payment is completed. All payments must be completed in full by a minimum of 2 days prior to any tour (6 days prior for bookings requiring a sample box/hamper).
